in our practice, a pregnancy adjustment can look many different ways. We often will not do any twisting or popping on our pregnant patients in order to protect the mom and baby from any danger.

Pregnant women often go to the chiropractor for low back pain, headaches, sciatica, carpal tunnel, general discomfort, but we also see them for issues with baby’s positioning (breech, transverse, and oblique) to name a few.

Women and their providers will often report less interventions are needed during labor and delivery but also, shorter labor times, less discomfort and overall. Our goal, specifically at The Nest Chiropractic is to make sure you have a functional pregnancy and you can keep doing the things you love the most.
