How early postpartum can a woman get adjusted?
We often will let the mom decide when she is ready to return for care, but most of the time it is in the first 2 weeks. We will take it easy on the adjusting of the pelvis and low back, especially if there’s been a C-Section.

What is a diastasis recti?
Diastasis recti abdominus (or DRA) is a separation of the abdominal wall. It is common in peripartum and indicates a weakened core.
